Annually, NECC provides a variety of support services to approximately 300 employees as well as 600 children and their families at three Educare centers, two Omaha Early Learning Centers (OELC), and Early Childhood Services.
Omaha Early Learning Centers
OELC’s are committed to helping young children develop the foundational skills which will help them succeed as future students, and their parents to become self-sufficient. By partnering with parents and a consortium of community partners, we create, provide and promote the highest quality outcome-based learning environments for parents and their children (birth through three) who are at risk.
The Omaha Early learning Centers are committed to helping young children grow up safe, healthy and eager to learn.

Educare of Omaha Inc. and Educare of Lincoln Inc.
Educare centers are committed to helping young children grow up safe, healthy and eager to learn. Through a consortium of partners, we create, provide and promote the highest quality outcome-based learning for families and their children (birth through five) who are at risk for school failure.
The principles and practices at Educare are based on continual research and implementation in the field of early childhood education. The children’s success in the program will demonstrate the societal and economic value of investing in the earliest years to prevent the need for costly interventions later.
