Nebraska early childhood education careers start at NECC. Our goal at the Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative is to improve the quality of care for at-risk children; we accomplish this through our programs, advocacy, and training. To better provide these opportunities, we work with the best Nebraska early childhood education teachers and provide them with high quality career opportunities. When openings become available at one of our member centers, we look for talented individuals that want to share their gifts, work collaboratively with their team, and actively strive to improve themselves every day in pursuit of our goal.

Our Education Assistance Program

Research has shown that the biggest determinate in the quality of care for children is the education level of those caring for them. High quality Nebraska early childhood education careers can be difficult to come by without the proper qualifications and certifications. If you are interested in pursuing a career in early childhood education, we would love to work with you to help find the path that best suits you. Explore a variety of education assistance options that include our scholarship program, tuition reimbursement, and many professional development opportunities so that you can continue to advance in your career. You can also earn your Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential at no cost when you join our team.
