Caring for children starts with caring for yourself. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Healthy Rest, Happy Nest – a well-being program that aims to elevate early educators’ overall well-being by addressing key drivers such as support, appreciation, and access to resources.
The Nest combines an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provided by Best Care EAP, that offers support services such as confidential counseling, legal and financial consultations, and wellness resources to help manage personal and professional challenges. This program also partners with Alpaca, which provides pulse surveys, appreciation and recognition items, and resources tailored to early childhood educators.
Together, these services foster support, appreciation, and access to essential resources, promoting a healthier and more resilient early childhood workforce.
