Tell us about yourself!

I am 20 years old and am a first-time mom. I am also currently attending UNO. I like to journal, work out, and read. My favorite way to pass time is by going on walks or spending time with friends and family.

What made you want to become a Parent Ambassador?

My sister Ilissa introduced me to the program. I want to be more educated and know my rights as a parent.

What do you see as the greatest need for your community?

Easier access to child care.

What do you hope to accomplish during your Ambassadorship? 

I hope to come out with knowledge and be more informed on issues affecting my community.

Who or what inspires you?

My daughter inspires me to be the best person to make her proud one day.
