Why Join?

The Business Pathways to Quality program supports child care programs by offering business training, access to resources, and mentoring to enhance their operations and leadership skills. Directors and Family Child Care Providers set goals based on assessments and work with mentors over six months to achieve them. The program aims to foster continuous quality improvement and a growth mindset, so after you’ve accomplished one goal, you can begin a new pathway for your next one!

Application Requirements

Must have a current Nebraska child care license

Must be a Center Director or Family Child Care Program Owner

Have a willingness to engage in self-reflection and goal setting
