The CDA Spotlight is on Janet Mujica-Nolazco this week! Janet is a passionate child care provider who loves spending time with her friends and family.
Growing up, Janet always had a passion for teaching and spending time with children. She loves to help kids learn and grow, which encouraged her to pursue a career in early education. In her future, she would like to obtain her teaching degree, as well as pursue a career as a Neonatal Nurse.
When asked to share her favorite thing about working in early child care, Janet replied:
“My all-time favorite thing about working in early childhood education is being able to see how great of an impact I have on the kids. Having the opportunity to impact the children in a way that prepares them for the future is the most exciting part for me.”
When Janet first heard about NECC’s CDA Credential course, she jumped at the opportunity. She saw this as an amazing professional development opportunity that would benefit her future in more ways than one! She is most excited about learning new strategies and applying them in the classroom.
NECC is lucky to have such a passionate and driven member in our course this spring! We are grateful for the opportunity to help Janet reach her future career goals.
