Meet this week’s CDA Spotlight Member – Nichole Fritz!
Nichole has been working in early childcare for over 10 years now. She has experience working with children of all ages from 6 weeks to 11 years. However, 3-5 is her favorite age group. She has been married to her husband for seven years, and they have one nine-year-old son who is the light of their lives. Their family is completed by their very sweet, two-year-old pitbull – who can also be a trouble maker sometimes!
Nichole is excited to move through NECC’S CDA Credential course and further her child care training. The course is extremely rewarding for her!
Nichole describes working in the child care industry as a very difficult career at times, but also an extremely rewarding one. She and other child care providers in the community are shaping children into the people they will be for the rest of their lives.
She stresses that child care is an absolute necessity in all communities. She wishes other people in the community could understand just how important it is for children to receive a high-quality, early education. She, as well as other providers try their very best to meet the needs of every child in their care. Nichole wants the best for all children and will do everything she can to help prepare them for the future.
Nichole is an extremely hard worker who has dedicated her career to shaping the future of our community. NECC is very lucky to have her in our Spring 2019 CDA Credential course!
